Frequently Asked Questions
How many attires can we try during our appointment?
Each appointment has a total duration of 1 hour, so you can freely try a few during your appointment!
I see the rent prices are for 3 days of rent, can we only rent them for 1 day?
The minimum duration of rent is 3 days, from the pick-up date of H-1 to the return date of H+1 🙂
Will there be any adjustments to the attire just in case it's too big or too small?
There are no adjustments allowed to our attires for size or style, so don’t hesitate to chat with our admin to find the attire that fits best for you!
Are the prices negotiable?
All of our prices are non negotiable, and are excluding laundry fee and deposit 🙂
Can the attires be sent to outside of Jakarta?
Our attires cannot be sent by intercity expedition (JNE, Paxel, etc.) If your venue is out of town, our attires must be hand-carried and picked up directly from our showroom. This can be represented by friends or family 🙂
